The “Autistic Talent Gala 2017”, organized by AnAn, has come to a fruitful end. It was held on 18th December 2017 in Y Theatre, Youth Square. There were 17 teams of contestants from different regions. Their excellent performances were so much praised by the audience. They also demonstrated their passion towards music and life.
The judging to decide the finalists for the【Autistic Talent Gala 2017】was held on Saturday 16th September, in Hong Kong. Thanks to the participation of some twenty representatives from a cross section of the community. The final results have now come out after a lengthy six-hour adjudication session. The judging focused on rhythm, technique, overall treatment and performance difficulty level. Seventeen groups and individuals were selected as finalists, to join the【Autistic Talent Gala 2017】to be held on 18 December in Hong Kong.
We would like to present you our coloring activity “Shining Talents Above Rainbow”. It is a subsidiary program of the Autistic Talent Gala 2017. Participants can color and design one or more STARS as the attachments to show your creativity. Those unique STARS may be exhibited in the Finals, also you may see them on our Facebook page! Join this exciting program and send your artwork to us by October 1!

“Autistic Talent Gala 2017” aims to promote social equality and integration as well as public understanding and respect. “Autistic Talent Gala 2017” is now open for application until July 31, 2017. The selected participants will be invited into the final competition in Hong Kong on December 18, 2017.

Some of the autistic persons have exceptional aptitudes for arts. Yet, there is a lack of opportunity for them to show their talent in society. Moreover, autism is still not being widely understood and accepted by society. Therefore, our Foundation set up the first-ever music contest for the autistic persons in Asia since 2013 in order to provide a platform for the autistic persons to reveal their talents in public and hence building up their self-confidence.
Last year, over 100 teams/individuals from Hong Kong, Macau, China, Taiwan, Japan, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines, etc. joined the competition. With the enthusiastic participation and positive response over the years, we will continue to organise such a talent competition.
